You are about to perform a clean install of Windows 7 on a brandnew PC. Are there tasks you must perform before installing the operating system?

A. You must manually format the disk first.

B. You must manually partition the disk first.

C. Windows 7 will let you perform partitioning and formatting from Setup.

D. The hard disk is already partitioned and formatted at the factory.

Solution

A. If you are utilizing Windows, kind Disk Management at the start screen, Click on Settings and after that click on the Create and format hard disk partitions selection. Then skip to step c. or else, click on the Start button and select the Control Panel selection.
