Solution

For question 33 option C and D both seems to be correct but because we have to produce at high rate so CNC should be preferred according to me options c is better. Compound punch will finish it in a single stroke.

For question number 34 option B is correct because the stress concentration will be high near the large hole as well as near the small holes but because bending takes place near the large hole and it is very near to the bending axis. It is likely to crack.
