Substantive Due Process :
Defination : The process protects the individuals against the law in enforceing its laws on people. It regulates certain activities of the government. It determines whhether the law is under or exceeding the government authority. It makes the people understands the limits of governent action. This process analysis the states\'s power to control the people, to run that law and regulate the anticipatory actions.
