Photosynthesis is a proces that convert air CO2 into plant Mass, by using Rubisco enzyme as key Molecule. Kalvin cycle refer to the light independent reaction in Photosynthesis where CO2 is converted into Glyceroldehyde 3 Phosphates.

Every 3 CO2 molecules under go Calvin cycle, produce one Glycerol dehyde-3 phosphates and gives half glucose molecule. For this there is need of 1 ATP and One NADPH. So for 10 Glycerol dehyde 3 phosphates there is need of 10ATP and 10 NADPH molecules
