Solution

1- certain plant and animal derived food products are subjected to post processing and storage before these are consumed by humans. The metabolite composition of these products thus changes during these post processing processes.Hence assessing these alterred composition of metabolites become important to assure the quality, safety and nutritional value of food. The composition of small molecules like organic acids, amino acids, sugar, anthocyanins, phenolic compounds may be alterred. These molecules play important role in safety and quality of food. Thus their assessment becomes important

Urinalysis is a screening test to detect and diagnose common renal diseases such as a urinary tract infections, kidney disorders, liver problems or other metabolic conditions. If there is any abnormal rise in amino acids,or other harmful metabolite or drugs,it presence will be detected in urine.

Renal Functions- The kidney has several functions, including the excretion of water, soluble waste (eg, urea and creatinine) and foreign materials (eg, drugs) and it also helps to maintain the blood volume.Measurements of renal function is measuring the degree to which the kidney is successful in these roles. Thus, renal function can be called as a measure of the state of the kidney.Renal function is measured by two parameters.Firstly,Glomerular filtration rate(GFR) which is the rate of plasma fluid filtered through the kidney.Secondly, creatinine clearance(rate) which is the volume of blood plasma cleared of creatinine per unit time.

These two rates will determine the renal function of the kidney.
