How much flour would she need to make 1/2 of the recipe? 2/3 of a cord of firewood fills 1/2 of a trailer. How many cords would it take to fill an entire trailer?  A ranger clears a mountain trail. One day she clears 3/4 of a mile of the trail. This is 1/3 the length of the entire trail. How long is the entire trail?  A ranger clears a mountain trail. So far, she has completed 3/4 of the trail, and this portion is 1/3 mile long. How long is the entire trail?
