Solution

L=3 mH

w=1000 rad/sec.

XL=jwL=j1000*3*10^-3=j3 ohms.

by using voltage division formula.

VL=[(24<0*j3)/(4+j3)]=14.4<53.13 volts.

VL(t)=14.4cos(1000t+53.13) volts.
