I need to be sure I am writing conclusion of research correctly based on hypothesis:). fail to reject null?
The hypothesis to be addressed is Children between the ages of 5 and 12 years with at least one parent currently deployed and living in on-base housing report lower levels of anxiety related to war and terrorism than their counterparts living in off-base housing. The null hypothesis would be: Children between the ages of 5 and 12 years with a least one parent currently deployed and living in on-base housing report levels of anxiety related to war and terrorism at levels similar to their counterparts living off-base.

Solution
Since the interval of t-test for Equality of Means is not included 0, we reject the null hypothesis.
So we can not conclude that Children between the ages of 5 and 12 years with a least one parent currently deployed and living in on-base housing report levels of anxiety related to war and terrorism at levels similar to their counterparts living off-base.
