Aldosterone is a hormone involved in maintaining fluid balance in the body. In a veterinary study, six dogs with heart failure were treated with the drug Catopril, before and after the treatment. The results are given in the table below. Consider a sign test, using a nondirectional alternative, to investigate the claim that Captopril affects aldosterone level.
