% Elongation   = 42.5 - 40 / 40   = 6.25 %

For 6.25 % Elongation 85 wt % Cu - 15 wt% Zn rod from copper alloy tables we get

Tensile Strength   = 434 MPa

Rockwell Hardness =   RB 73
