In part 2 you may have discovered a discrepancy between the two methods for measuring lamp resistance. Explain the reason for this discrepancy?

Ans) The reason for discrepancy is you can eliminate random error by taking different readings in part2 and taking average where as in part1 you cannot elimainate random error and also in part2 you can find the hot resistance of lamp as it is driven by full voltage and current ,where as in part1 DMM drives with very low voltage which finds cold resistance .hot resistance is different from cold resistance .And also there can be error due to very low voltage driven by DMM
