it says that a) the overal model is significant (because of extremely low p-value shown as 0.000 in first table)

It also tells that R-sqaure is 88.29% which is good (amount of variaiton explained by model)

It also shows 95% CI\'s for each coefficient, and each of them do not seem to contain zero, which means all these coefficients are significant.
