Answer to 33:- (e)Electron Beam Welding is an appropriate method which is quite suitable for aerospace and nuclear industries. In this method electron beam is directed on to the joint to be welded. Large penetration is possible. No filler or flux is required. Weld Zone is narrow and weld distortions are eliminated since there will be local heating only.
