I have a group of people and I measure their weight at one t

I have a group of people and I measure their weight at one time point, and then again in 13 weeks, after putting them through a very stressful statistics course. This should be what type of test, and why?

Same group is measured before and after the course. This is pre-post design. The measurement weight is in continuous variable.

So, we have to use paired t test.
