a. We know that

turns ratio(n) = Es/Ep= Ns/Np

Where,

Es= voltage induced in secondary coil

Ep= voltage induced in primary coil

Ns= number of turns in secondary coil

Np= number of turns in primary coil

Now put the values of Es and Ep from the quoestion given

n = 9100/480= 19 ( approx)

b. As poer at the load, V

P = Np/Ns* voltage at the secondary winding

Putting the values, the answer will be 25.6 V.
