b) cos^-1(-sqrt2/2)
y =cos^-1(-sqrt2/2)
cosy = -sqrt(2)/2
range of cos^-1x [0, pi]
So, y = pi -pi/4 = 3pi/4
So, cos^-1(-sqrt2/2) = 3pi/4
c) tan^-1(-1)
y = tan^-1(-1)
tany = -1
range of tan^-1x = [-pi/2 , pi/2]
So,y= -pi/4

siny = 0.7
