Imagine a system that includes the amount of time you work and your enjoyment of life. There is not one unique answer here, just imagine how your time at work affects enjoyment and vice versa. Explain why you think it is the way it is. At the high school we are supposed to hand out these things called pride awards that are supposed to be positive reinforcement. The idea being that you give them some praise their behavior will improve and there self-confidence will grow. This is supposed to make them do more good stuff that we can reward again.
