How and why are a training program and a communications system important in developing an effective ethics program?

Training has to be in place so as to realize and develop a strong ethics program. This helps the employees or the stakeholders to leran and familiarize the conceps, provided their ethical judgement philosopies have been built upon which inturn majorly depends on the tranning and the communication system in place. An effective training should include ideation of critical thinking strategies with common ethical values among employees and between employees and organization. Once training is done, the employees are able to discover their core values. Also the important point to consider is that ethical issues varies from industry to industry. In order to deal with these specific issues ethics training should include specific training modules for a particular profession or industry.
One of the major step in creating an effective ethics program is to create/develop/manage a tranning program cum communication system to educate the employees on firm\'s stand on ethics. With all the research in place we can safely assume a tranning educates the employees on the firms policies and its rules and regulations, laws and protocols, and social standards. An effective trainning program can also help an employee understand the available resources, support funtions and designated persnonnels to help them with an ethical and legal advice.
