Linear Alebra help Im stuck with around 4 questions right no

Linear Alebra help.. I\'m stuck with around 4 questions right now. If you can do it on a piece of paper and show me how to do them step by step, I would really appreciate it. Thank you!

Solution

Post multiple problems to get the remaining answers

2) Since the matrix AB is 2X2 matrix, A is 2X2 matrix, hence B will be a 2X2 matrix

Let the matrix B be

Multiplying it with matrix A to get the final product

a - 3c = -3 --- (i)

b - 3d = -11 --- (ii)

-3a + 5c = 1 --- (iii)

3b + 5d = 17 --- (iv)

solving the equations (i) and (iii) we get

3b - 9d = -33

-3b + 5d = 17

Adding both the equations we get

--4d = -16 , hence d = 4, b=1

solving the equations (ii) and (iv) we get

3a - 9c = -9

-3a + 5c = 1

Adding both the equations we get

-4c = -8 , hence c = 2, a=3

Hence the first column vector will be [3 2] and [1 4]

a b
c d
