a) p value = 0.28 is greater than level of significance hence null hypothesis is accepted. It is referred as there is no sufficient evidence to reject the null hypothesis.
b) p value is 0.004 is less than level of significance hence null hypothesis is rejected and alternate hypothesis is accepted.
