Authoring System :
In the stream of computer science and technology an authoring system is a program that has a pre programmed elements that are useful for the development of the interactive multimedia software titles. These can be defined as a software that will allows the user to create a desired multimedia applications for the ease of manipulating the respective multimedia objects. In other words an authoring system is a program that allows a non-programmer to easily create a software with the desired programming features and the capabilities. In this process the programming features are built in but are hidden behind the buttons and other tools like the drop down menus.
Besides, an authoring software uses a powerful database to put the respective content into a template which can be created in almost any of the application and could be easily added to a Web project as required.
