In your opinion how should businesses and or the government

In your opinion, how should business(es) and or the government deal with or handle plant closings or layoffs? Support your arguments.

Solution

Business and Governments should support the employees when a plant is going to close or layoffs, there should be a budget from both entities to provide at least some monetary support to these people who need the job to survive, most of them have families that they are the only support.

Yearly, the government should include on his budget certain amount of money for them, also these people should be priority to be hired on a new company.

Companies who hire these employees should get some sort of benefit like paying less taxes or something.

The important thing is to find a decent job for the people who needed it .
