I need help with an assigment for my cell and molecular biol
I need help with an assigment for my cell and molecular biology class so first I need to choose a biological process that involves a eukaryote and decide what organ or tissue accounts for the biological process that I choose. Then I need to indentify several different proteins that work in the same pathway that contributes to the biological pathway that I choose. Then I need to draw a plasma membrane and enough cell organization to show the compartment(s) in which a sequence of at least 3 events happen. Some examples of events are binding of two partners, a protein changing shape, chemical transformation, movement from one compartment to another compartment, movement in one direction across the cytosol, and vesicles forming and fusing. You may think of some other events too. Then draw the proteins and other structures involved in the four events. You can use shapes and shading to show the different parts involved. Label the parts you draw. Draw arrows to connect the parts and show the order in which the events occur. Add an input to the process and an output. Example: neurotransmitter (input)-----> event1----> event2 ---> event3 ---> contraction (output). Below I have attached an example but the example has more than 4 events I just need at least 3 events. At the end I need to write a description of the chain of events influencing your biological process. At each event in your description, state whether the mechanism involves selectivity, coupling (allostery/change in protein shape) and/or catalysis. Thanks.

Neurotransmission is a process which can suffice all your requirement ,
In Neurotransmission there are chemical susbstance which are responsible for the transmission of the neural impluse from one nerve to other,
These neurotransmitter are attached to the post synaptic membrane of the synapse which then takes the impulse to other end
Event 1 :- The vesicles present in the presynaptic membrane move towards the membrane at the end of the axon and then the vesicle fuse and release neurotransmitter into the synaptic cleft
Event 2:- The neurotransmitter then released in the synapse gets bind to the post synaptic membrane
Event 3:- The neurotransmitter is then again captured in the post synaptic membrane, these vesicles will then again help in generating the action potential in the post synaptic nerve
This is how neurotransmission takes place.
