Why might we choose a phylogeny based on morphological chara

Why might we choose a phylogeny based on morphological characters over one based on DNA sequence, or vice versa? Name one pro and one con of each (think about the nature of changes in morphology and changes in DNA).

Analysing the DNA sequence and comparison between 2 organisms will give a better understanding of how closely they are related. Comparing the DNA will lead to identifying the similarity in the genes.

The disadvantage of molecular comparison is it is expensive.
