Solution
Case 1: With exclusion
First ball has 9 choices , second ball has (9-1) choices and so on , so the answer is 9.8.7.6.5.4=P(9,6)
Case 2: Without Exclusion
So there is no restriction how many balls can be put in one bin , that is more than one ball may go into the same bin.
So the answer is : 9^6
