Why do centralized organizations tend to be more ethical than decentralized ones? Can you think of a situation or example in which a decentralized organization might be more ethical than a centralized one?

centralised organisations are leaded by single person and if he is not taking right and correct decisons for the well being fo the company it leads to huge loss and damage to the firm. the decision making power and authority will be located at one person\'s hand and he can take any decision which he likes irrespective of good or bad to the firm\'s future.

if the people works for their own benefits than organisational, then it will be huge problem to the survival of the firm. it can not run for a long time in a succesful way. so, the organisations which are centralised there is much scope for misrepresentations or malpractices. so they should more consious about ethics.

it does not mean that decentralised organisations always do things in a right way, but the chances are very limited.
