A customer tries to start his computer and gets an error message that says “NTLDR is missing.” He calls you in a panic, and you go to his home to investigate the problem. When you arrive, what should you do?
A. Reboot the system to clear the error.
B. Use the startup or rescue disc to start the system and copy NTLDR from the disc to the root of the C:\\ drive.
C. Download NTLDR from Microsoft using another computer and then copy it to the C:\\Windows directory on the customer’s computer.

B.Use the startup or rescue disc to start the system and copy NTLDR from the disc to the root of C:\\Drive
Select Start from DVD option while boot up and try and recover the missing file.
