TO MAKE ONE PIECE: Best way is to make a cad file and use Rapid prototyping for a plastic or other model.

NC machining can also be used

Next make a sand mould from this prototype and   die cast the piece, out of aluminum or other alloy suitable for aircraft. Finish with machining and tools.

To make 150000 pcs need to use   NC machining with proper input files for your particlular NC setup. The price will come down as the volume goes up.
