Suppose that you are part of a project team and it becomes clear to you that one of the team members is not \"pulling his weight.\" What should you do if you are the project leader? What should you do if you are not the project leader?

Solution

if i am a team leader, first i will give him/her a formal warning, if it is resolved then fine, if it is not, then i will ask him, what his/her problem was, based upon his problem, i will take further actions, if he/her is irresponsible or has lack of basic technical knowledge, i will inform to higher authorities..i he/her need any support, i will provide upto my extent....

if i am not a team leader , if he/her is not too close to me then i mind my own business, if he is my personel friend then i will help him to improve based upon his problem
