Can you think of any applications that you currently use or applications you would like to see developed be developed in Java? Could a Java GUI Application or Applet work for this need?

I would like to see an architecture application that used to develop a prototype for building an house using the user requirements. This applications accepts the user requirement like how much does the building occupies and how many rooms does it have and what are the dimensions for each room like this the application accepts the required details from user and displays an prototype of the house that looks like according to the user requirement and user can able to modify the dimensions to change the prototype to look like according to his imagination. And also the application displays different prototypes related to that requirement. After all the modifications user can take the print out that application and that can be sent for approval. Because dream house is a biggest dream for every person. I think it is a bit tough but using java one can develop an application for this.
