(i) Answer:- Alkali activated cement is used in maintenance of airport runway.

Reason for used:- Used due to early setting time

(ii) Answer:- Asbestos cement or fiber cement is used in maintenance of sewer line.

Reason for use:- Because asbestos cement has high tensile strength than ordinary Portland cement. Asbestos cement is long lasting and frost resistant . It is water proof and fire proof and high degree of chemical stability.

(iii) Answer:- Ordinary Portland cement is used

Reason:- OPC is used because it has high compressive strength properties And high tensile strength.
