1. Total built up area= Carpet area+Area of walls etc
= Land area * FAR= 200×200×0.8= 32000 sq ft
Ground area coverage= Area covered by building in ground floor= 200×200×0.7=28000sqft
If single story then 28000sqft may be provided
If double storey32000 Sq ft may be provided.
If three storey 32000-28000= 4000sqft may be distributed in two storeys.
2. total built up area= 100×200×1.2= 24000sqft
Ground area coverage= 100×200×0.35= 7000sqft
At least one extra floor is required.
3.Height provided is OK as per building laws
