one should be flexible and adaptable at work place or even out of work. the reason is every human is unique, and what is right to you may not be looks as right to me. and what i likes the same may not likes to you. while we are as individual there wont be any problems for both of us. but once we started our journey newly and totether, i need to be change some of my thoughts and activies which you does not like and similarly you too.

while we are working in an organisation, we are the representatives of thousands of people and we should work with more than one. so, we need to be adjust our life styles, preferences and the interests also to be go with them. other wise our journey may not be a good one and not runs for a long time.
