People takes each side of a position to engaged for argument and makes concessions for compromise by counter parts . It means within both the parties, some one have to negotiated with other party. One of the party standing in the position it means he/she is not willing for negotiation. Other party only willing to negotiation by his/her side

Interest of the parties in a negotiation are interdependent, because they jointly meet to gather and comprise with mutual needs. They negotiated by each other. Both are interested for the negotiation.
