I worked in an organisation which is more at construction and infrastructure both. I worked there in the site for more than two 3 years. My supervisor is very particular about safety and health especially when we are going to examine the work. We need to wear the helmet and safety shooe. Otherwise he would not allow us inside. Eventhough it is a bit difficult for us in the start, it is very good for our safety and health. Now as a experienced person I would say that these rules must be implemented very strictly. So, my supervisor influenced positively.
