For liquid dish soap compare the average viscosity measured
. For liquid dish soap, compare the average viscosity measured by the Zahn cup, and the viscosities measured in the previous lab with the Falling Ball Viscometer and Rotational Viscometer. Calculate the percentage difference from the total average. Which method do you believe produces better results? Explain.

n/a
| Method | Average Viscosity (mPa/s) | % difference |
| Falling Ball Viscometer | 228 | 67.03614458 |
| Brookfield Rotational Viscometer | 1100 | 59.03614458 |
| Zahn Cup | 747 | 8 |
| Total Average | 691.6666667 | n/a |
Solution
I believe Zahn Cup produces much better results as compared to other methods.
First method\'s result is very low, second method\'s result is very high; whereas, the Zahn Cup method\'s result lies almost between the previous two.
This makes the percentage difference in the case of Zahn Cup method to be as low as 8%. Which increases the probability of Zahn Cup method beign the right one as its result lies near the total average mark.
