(1) Answer :- We need human made law to control crime. By the help of human made law we can control accidents on road. Human made law are very necessary for our society. Human made laws are useful in development of country.

(i) Criminal law :- it consist of murder ,assault, rape, larceny.

(ii) Civil law :- It consist of divorce , child custody ,property disputes , copyright laws.

(3) Answer:- Stare decisis :- Meaning of it is “ to stand by decided matters”

Significance of stare decisis :- stare decisis obligates courts to follow historical cases when making a ruling on a similar current or future case.
