Splenda which is also known as sucralose is an artificial sweetener. Sodium fluoride is a natural inhibitor of few enzymes such as phosphoglyceromutase and enolase which are essential for glycolysis and thus inhibits fermentation of glucose too which is very clear in the graph mentioned. But with sucralose it seems to have opposite effect and is observed to help in fermentation of Splenda.
