Given that size of the NMOS=2 units
that means W/L=2
So width of QA=2*L=2*0.25µm=0.5µm.
QP is the PMOS.
Given that size of the PMOS=3 units
that means W/L=3
So width of QP=3*L=3*0.25µm=0.75µm.
