Consider the following structure of dynamic MOS logic circuits. Assume that the minimum size of NMOS is 2 units (n = 2) and PMOS is 3 units (p = 3) with channel length of 0.25 mu m (L = 0.25 mu m). Determine the channel width (in mu m) of the transistor Q_A and Q_p.

QA is the NMOS.

Given that size of the NMOS=2 units

that means W/L=2

So width of QA=2*L=2*0.25µm=0.5µm.

QP is the PMOS.

Given that size of the PMOS=3 units

that means W/L=3

So width of QP=3*L=3*0.25µm=0.75µm.
