none of the doctors are wrong, this is because, the voluntary movement of arms and legs is controlled by cerebrum which is the front part of the brain, the right cerebrum controls the left side of body anf left cerebrum controls the right side. On the other hand , the balance and coordination in body is controlled by cerebellum which is at the back of the brain, and the left cerebellum controls the left side of body and right cerebellum controls the right side. therefore none of the doctors are wrong.
