By analysing EPS and Sales growth and when comparing to last year ratios and therefore analysing the reasons for it and based on the information obtained it is easy to analyse and production or Effeciency linked wages. It will make the employees to work hard and effecient. It will improve the effeciency and effectiveness of work performed.
