1. The first area that NRA addresses is that of knowledge database in the restaurant business. The website has white papers and guides for references. This measure will help in improving the competencies and skill sets of different people associated with a restaurant (owners, managers, employees) on a regular basis.

2. The second area being addressed is giving food safety tools. It gives tips to how to safely receive, store, thaw, hold, prepare and serve various food items. This is an extremely importnat aspect for owners, chefs and suppliers as it will help in reducing wastage.

3. The 3rd area that the website addresses is about training and education, career development. This section can be used by restaurant owners, managers, chefs to seek out the best in terms of training that will help them increase their skill sets.
