Hamlet, is the Prince of Denmark, returns home to find his father murdered and his mother remarried to his uncle, Claudius. The story begins with the entry of the ghost which is similar to Hamlets father and talks to soldiers. Father, Polonius, Brother Laertes advices Ophelia (girlfriend of Hamlet) to forget Hamlet. When the ghost of Hamlet\'s father appears to him and tells him that it was Claudius who poisoned him, Hamlet swears revenge. Hamlets madness increased to such a level he has to take revenge on Claudius for his fathers murder.
Ophelia describes Hamlet’s behavior to her father that Hamlet has frightened her with his wild, appearance and deranged manners. After that Polonius feels Hamlets love on his daughter is the reason of Hamlets madness and wants to informs this to his parents. But Claudius started researching about Hamlets madness in his way by interogating his school friends and sends them to Hamlet.Polonius want to proove his reason over Hamlets madness because of love on his daughter. Hamlet wants to clear the mystery through a play.
Rosencrantz and Guildenstern the reason for his madness and further proposes them to instigate. Hamlet still doubts that the ghost might just be a lying devil.
Rosencrantz and Guildenstern tell Hamlet that a group of actors have stepped into town and so Hamlet proposes a play where they enact the murder of his father and his uncle\'s role in it, just to observe Claudius\'s reaction to the play. When the performers play the act, Claudius gets upset and leaves, thus Hamlet gets to know his Uncle had indeed murdered his Father.
