when it comes to Netherlands, they follows single citizenship and here the constitution is the supreme. the power has divided into national level and state levles also. king is the one who leads the cabinet in Netherlands but his role is limited in decision making. the cabinet plays a key role which is lead by council of ministers. it consists of lower house (state) and upper house (central).
