I really cannot wrap my brain around word problems!!!! I really appreciate any help I can get so here is my question thank you!

One car left Valdosta averaging 55 mph. and another car left Atlanta averaging 70 mph. They traveled toward each other on interstate 75 Atlanta is north of Valdosta by 300 miles. When did they meet if they both left at noon? How far south of atlanta did they meet??
