(1) L03 corresponds to cellulitis whereas M10 corresponds to gout.

(2) E08 to E13 corresponds to diabetes mellitus with E08 due to underlying condition, E09 resulting from drugs, E10 corresponds to type 1, E11 corresponds to type 2, and E13 is becauuse of other reasons.
