The goal here is to increase the revenue and profit of the company or to achieve the vision and mission of the company. A good manager knows how to manage his/her subordinates. Employees are the best resource of any organization working in any filed or industry. Without the proper human resources, no organization can function well. It is the responsibility of the manager to make sure that the employees are working towards the common goal of the company.
