Using 3 or 4 sentence per each criteria, please explain how each criteria will affect the estimated project cost (bid) for the contractor   1- Experince with similar projects 2- size and scope of the job 3- location of the job 4- Safety concerns

Solution

1) Experience will always gives the better results.If experience is already ther with similar projects, then we can eliminate the maximum errors in calculations. Hence correct estimation will come. And we can reduce any unnecessary things that are happened in the past which reduces the present cost.

2) If size of the job is more then, project cost will increase. If scope is more then also cost increases since there are so many to accommodate in the project. So cost will increase.

3) If location is near the availability of the water, near the steel plants, near the preparation site of the concrete, we can eliminate the transporation cost.

4) If more safety concerns, more will be the project cost. But it will give the assurance that it will not need to construct again in the future due to cracking or deflecting.
