The given graph fails the vertical line test. So its not a function

Domain is related to x values. And here x values cant be less then -9 and more then 9.Therefore domain is [-9,9].

Similarly range is [-9,9]

The graph touches the x axis at -9 and 9.Therefore x intercepts are (-9,0), (9,0)

The graph touches the y axis at -9 and 9. so the y intercepts are 0,-9),(0,9)
