Identify a problem in society, your own life, in the life of someone you know, or in the life of someone you have read about. Analyze aspects of the problem and present a solution to this problem from your own perspective. Use the concepts from the chapters to guide your analysis. Solution

If i talk about of myself , i am post graduate in economics and i am looking for a job in research oriented organisation so that i can use my economic and statistical knowldge and enhance my techniques and tools. But as a fresher no one is calling me for interview because most companies want to employ those who have experience.Just becuase i am fresher right now i am unemployed.And there are many peoples like me who are well educated but they are not able to join their core fields because of experience which they do not have. Right now most of my friends are employed but they are working in different sectors just to earn money , because they need money no matter where it is coming from, and they divert themselves to another field and the knowledge which they have gained so far in their studies is of no use. Some are doing marketing , some are in BPO , Call centres attending calls.

A solution to this problem is that the Govt must make a legal law in which every company has to reserved some quota for employment for freshers , so that the freshers can work in them and gain experience and make themselves compatable with others.
